2. Prices, offers, and availability
   Prices and promotions may change without notice until checkout is complete. In cases of obvious pricing or description errors, we may cancel and refund the order.

3. Payments and invoices
   We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Electronic invoices (NF-e) are issued based on the information provided; CPF/CNPJ and full name are mandatory.

4. Delivery
   The timeframes displayed at checkout are estimates from the carrier. Shipping, free shipping, damages, and pre-order rules are described in the Shipping & Delivery Policy.

5. Exchanges and returns
   Follow the procedure outlined in Exchanges & Returns. Purchases made through marketplaces follow their respective platform policies.

   Dermocosmetic products must be used according to the label and website instructions. In case of sensitivity, discontinue use and seek professional advice. We are not liable for misuse or use contrary to instructions.
